To actively implement source management, we will introduce the latest flexographic printing process in the fourth quarter of this year, which can successfully eliminate volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions, and plan to replace all the equipment within five years. We look forward to turning into a high standard, quality, clean five-star printing plant at home; meanwhile, THC introduces eco-friendly inks, starts environmental and energy-efficient equipment improvement and waste reduction improvement works, and continues to optimize the safe, health, and environmentally-friendly workplace in order to build a better EHS management system. This time, the Environmental Protection Administration visited the printing plant of THC, which has adopted the negative pressure equipment and industrial air collection and treatment. The negative pressure gauge is set in the plant, and monitors the entire process. If equipment failure happens, staff will shut it down immediately according to SOP, quickly understand the cause, and report it to the Environmental Protection Administration within one hour in case it happens again. The next stop was air pollution control equipment. Emissions enter into the equipment through pipe, then VOCs are destroyed. The cleaned air complies with emission standards.
