Intellectual Property Management

Intellectual Property Management

To strengthen our intellectual property (IP) management system and enhance the competitiveness of our technology and brand, the Board of Directors approved the Intellectual Property Management Plan on May 9, 2025. We have established a digitized IP management system to consolidate data regarding patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

This system enhances capabilities for data inquiries, maintenance, inventory tracking, and early warning alerts. By implementing internal access controls, we ensure the security of confidential information and reinforce information governance and regulatory compliance.

The implementation of this system not only improves operational transparency and the rigor of knowledge asset management but also aligns with the Governance (G) criteria of ESG. It addresses expectations for risk management, institutional development, and information disclosure, ultimately strengthening the company’s long-term competitiveness and stakeholder trust.
