Please follow the enrollment date, time, and the location mentioned in offer letter and get to THC Head Quarter(No.6, Gongyequ 2nd Rd., Xitun Dist., Taichung City) or Aseptic Beverage First Branch(No.11, Jing 3rd Rd., Wuqi Dist., Taichung City). HR will conduct enrollment procedure at around 8:00am, and take out your National Health Insurance and Labor Insurance policy. The enroll date is the first day of pay period. If someone doesn’t come to enroll in time without any postponement in advance, we will regard him or her as declining their offer.

• Both sides copy of National Identity Card.(Please glue them together, and make size and form to be the same as origin.)
• 2 pieces of 2-inch head shot, latest on three months, without wearing hat, and its storage CD. (Essential! It’s for making the staff ID card.)
• The origin and the copy of highest education level diploma. (We will return the origin one after checking on the same day.)
• The origin and the copy of retired military identification document, and which is only for male. (Please make a A4-sized copy, and we will return the origin one after checking on the same day.)

Before enrollment, pre-THCer should take Physical Examination, and exam items vary from different job as mentioned in their offer letter. According to our company regulation, every pre-THCer should hand in their examination report to go through the enrollment procedure. Since the report takes 14 days(on average), please take the examination as early as possible to make sure the enrollment could be finished in time. Please take the examination in National Health Insurance allied hospital or health care center, which is also nominated by “OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION, MINISTRY OF LABOR” in “Regulation of Conducting Labors’ Physical and Health Examination Organization Approval. The Company has signed Chen Ching Hospital Chung Kang Branch and Tungs’ Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital as the special hospitals. After the physical examination, the hospital will mail the report to the Company directly. There is no need to pick up the report in person.

Those whose residence are more than 15km far from Honchuan are qualified to apply for Staff Dormitory. We only charge the cleaning fee every month as accommodation fee.
