| Explanation | 1.Parties to the legal matter: The Company, chairman of the company Dai, Hung-Chuan,and related personnel. 2.Name of the court or punishing agency of the legal matter: Taiwan Taichung District Court 3.Reference/Case number of relevant documents of the legal matter: 2019-Su-Zi No. 2479. 4.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/06/23 5.Details of occurrence (including the matter under dispute): The Taiwan Taichung District Court, on June 23, 2022, sentenced the Company, Chairman, Dai, Hung-Chuan, and President, Tsao, Hsih-Chung, to be found guilty and in conjunction with a fine of NT$ 23.50 million for violating the Air Pollution Control Act in 2018. 6.Handling procedure: On the Judicial Yuan's website, the Company learned that result of the judgment of 2019-Su-Zi No. 2479 on June 23 at 8.00 a.m. The Company has not yet received the judgment, so we will discuss the subsequent appeal after receiving it. 7.Impact on the Company’s finance and business and projected amount: The business is continuing as usual, and no any significant impact to the Company's business operations and financials. 8.Countermeasures and improvement status: The environmental safety and reporting negligence have been improved.
