5.Cause of occurrence:
On June 25, 2019, the Company announced that because Kinmen
Kaoliang Liquor Inc. (hereinafter called ”KKL”) claimed
that the Company participated in its procurement case,
which violated the Article 101, paragraph 1,
subparagraph 2 in Government Procurement Law. In
accordance with the law, the Company had been published
in the Government Procurement Gazette and suspended
from the transaction for three years. After the
Company files an administrative remedy, the Taipei High
Administrative Court rules that KKL should revoke the
aforesaid publication by judgment no. 285.
For this reason, KKL revokes the relevant publication
on May 29, 2020, and the whole case ends.

From now on, the Company resumes participating in
various government procurement bidding cases related
to its business.
