5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)In order to cooperate with the epidemic prevention work, THC's subsidiaries,Suzhou hon chuan plant, Hongxin plant, and Guangdong Qingxin plant in China will resume business on Feb. 10, 2020 based on the requirements of China local government agencies.
(2)The subsidiaries, Hubei Xiantao plant will resume business on Feb. 14, 2020 based on the requirements of China local government agencies. The production line is planning to adjust due to client's requirement, and it will be start the operation on March. So it has had no impact.
(3)Other subsidiaries in China are following holiday schedules and will resume work in accordance with local regulations.

6.Countermeasures:
(1)The Company has established the ”Contingency Team”to take preventive actions. Caring for the health of colleagues and continuing to promote the concept of epidemic prevention.
(2)Considering customer rights and interests, maneuvering capacity adjustments and maintaining normal operations.
(3)Wuhan pneumonia has no significant impact on the financial and business operation of the company and its subsidiaries in China.
