Hologram Hot Stamping

Hologram hot stamping uses features of laser optics to produce effect of colorful and changing holograms that is unachievable with typical imaging or printing technologies. This increases aesthetics appeal of products greatly.

Aluminum Closure Hot Printing / Transfer Printing

PVC Free TPE

PVC Free TPE composite material is made via a manufacturing process that uses mechanical pressing and sealing instead of oven baking. The composite is to be used for heat-resistant and oil-resistant food packaging metal lug closures.

Application:Aluminum closures
PVC Free TPE composite material is used for liners in metal lug closures for food packaging glass jars. By combining the desirable properties of individual materials, the composite is able to withstand high temperature filling and sterilization as well as oil-tolerance. It has the potential to replace PVC liners in food packaging and increases food safety and product competitiveness.
QR Code

Square shaped QR-Codes are mostly black-and-white, with smaller squares at three corners. These square are the diagrams that assist the QR-Code reader to detect the position. Thus, the user does not need to adjust the angle and information can be obtained correctly from any angle.

Application:Plastic closures, metal closures, labels
This technology is used on existing packaging products such as labels and closures. By using additional or off-line equipment, QR-Codes can be printed on the interior or exterior of existing packaging products through digital or laser printing to realize the “one product one code” concept for management. Code type can be either QR-Codes or Screen Codes that attain the goals of anti-fraud and sale promotion through explicit or implicit digital codes. A consumer can use a mobile phone to scan the product code before being connected to a cloud intelligence platform. This thus allows the codes to be used in conjunction with other E-commerce promotions and applications.
Digital Printing

Digital printing uses water-based, oil-based or UV printing ink to print on the desired material directly. Properties such as ink quantity and dispersity are computer-controlled for optimal image replication.
